Photo Release

I hereby grant House of Hope Foundation, Inc. (HoH) my permission to use photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (known as “images”) that HoH has taken of me, my property, or minors in my care. HoH has my permission to use, in HoH’s own name, these images in combination with other images and in combination with any printed or electronic material (including the HoH website) for the promotion, advertising, or education of HoH programs and services.  I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the images or any finished product that includes these images.

I released HoH, the HoH Board of Directors, their members, officers, agents and employees from all claims, demands, and/or rights arising from the use of these images including any and all claims of slander or invasion of privacy.

I understand that these images and publications may identify me and my relationship to HoH.
